Imagine an integrated solution for lighting control in schools that saves energy and is intelligent and reliable. It offers a completely unique and mutually interconnected functions, fully compatible with the DALI standard – a digital address interface for lighting. It provides a solution for the future that is efficient, universal and affordable. Its modular architecture offers a solution from a single classroom or hallway to the entire school or university building.
It creates a compact solution with the eco-system of the building thanks to easy integration in the measurement and regulating system. It enables the lighting system to behave differently at the time of lessons and outside the lessons, and provides optimal lighting in the correct place at the correct time.
Emergency lighting is compulsory equipment of all public buildings, including production and warehouse premises. It is a condition for obtaining the permit to use. It illuminates an escape route to a safe exit in case of a power outage, fire or panic outbreak.
We are able to provide individual regulation for each light fixture or a group of lights in a room thanks to the DALI protocol and the unique DALI routers, achieving up to 70 % energy conservation.
Each new lighting system is required to light by 20 to 30 % more on average, as required by the corresponding EN standards. The lighting control system allows us to correct the level of illumination in time so that it is always constant. This “flare” is solved by the maintenance factor based on the type of the premises, used light fixtures and working regulations for maintenance.
Lighting up or regulating luminaires always adapts to simply changing teaching needs. Thus, different types of luminaires can be assigned to groups according to the activity being performed. We can easily define and manage specific groups of luminaires throughout the school - for example, reading, drawing, projection or break.
The premises are illuminated at the time when it is required and only with corresponding illuminance thanks to the lighting control. We set various levels of illuminance in case of presence, short-time presence and long-time absence. This setting provides for operation optimisation and durability of the light sources.
The lighting control schedules make the lessons or regular breaks more efficient. Illumination and power input are reduced during short breaks, or reduced to minimum in case of longer breaks.
The system monitors instantaneous and historical energy consumption by the individual light fixtures, or a group of lights in real data. The data are read directly on-line from the light fixtures without additional measuring and installation devices.
Our lighting control integration allows for working with other systems without using additional hardware. This includes, for example, cooperation with measurement and regulating systems, energy or security systems.
A school is an environment where light plays an irreplaceable role. Proper illumination at the right time influences human circadian rhythms. These rhythms influence our alertness, well-being, sleep and appetite. Light can improve our overall mood, eye coordination, or reduce stress. A suitable level, colour of the light and its proper direction prepares one for an activity, either to rest, or to concentrate on a given task.
User visualisation made to measure provides a well-arranged lighting system control at various levels of operation from a PC, tablet or a smart phone. Local visualisation is used for defining a smaller unit displaying a defined sector for the local operating staff. Central visualisation reaches to all local premises. Its user is authorised to perform higher, predefined interventions. The user can monitor and correct adjustable lighting functions, plan timed events, monitor energy consumption, assign access rights to user at a lower operating level etc.
