When managing and operating “intelligent buildings”, we come across various advanced technologies containing, among others, other control systems, such as for heating, cooling, ventilation, shading, fire protection and safety signalling, or audio-visual elements. The lighting and shading control, which has to be in compliance with all such subsystems, also plays a very important part. Building operators need a simple tool for operating, controlling and assessing these technologies and their operation, preferably on-line, inside or remotely within the building, floor or individual rooms. Emergency lighting is a legally defined fire protection device, requiring regular inspections and maintenance. A correctly designed emergency lighting system significantly reduces time and financial demands of this important activity.
Our objective is to help provide an optimal working and utility environment for the employees, users or visitors of the building.
Using system integration, we strive to maximally simplify and facilitate the technological “life” of a building. We contribute to making the operation of the building and the entire FM system more effective by mutual interlinking of the functions of the used control systems, including Helvar lighting.
We provide service in the required quality and at the required time using our own resources.
We will implement a professional solution, whether it is for a flat, an administrative building, sports facility, school or a historical building! Our service teams are prepared to help you both in the design and implementation of the system, and in its maintenance during the warranty and post-warranty period. In addition, our service department cooperates with the building operator, even after the system has been handed over. The service department provides the required annual inspections and helps the building operator with maintenance and operation, not only in relation to the emergency lighting.
The zoological exposition called Noah’s Ark brings the visitors of the New Building of the National Museum into the fascinating world of animals who live or have lived on our planet. The exposition takes the visitors through mountain passes and peaks, the Caribbean islands or Madagascar, the mysterious underwater world, Scandinavian grasslands and other parts of our planet, inhabited by various creatures, whether living or not.
