Residential building Primátorská Prague
The residential building at Primátorská 2508/27 with a total floor area of 5,482 m2 is connected to the old block of flats. In 2018 the project won the public award as the best project in the Czech Republic in the Real Estate Project of the Year 2018 competition. Awex supplied an addressable emergency lighting system.
The house provides 48 high standard residential units with a balcony, terrace or front garden, own cellar and 48 parking spaces located in two underground floors. In this project the emphasis is on functionality and aesthetics of the residential units. The comfort of living is enhanced by large glass surfaces that have a frame up to the floor. At the same time, the project is designed as an energy-efficient building. The Primátorská apartment building was designed by the architectural and design firm Masák & Partner, which has many years of experience in designing modern housing and is the recipient of several prestigious awards, both from the professional and lay public.
- Awex supplied an addressable emergency lighting system comprising 1 master station, 12 Ah batteries and 160 Awex luminaires.
