The nine-story Parkview office building is an innovative and energy-efficient building that has been awarded LEED Platinum international certification, WELL Gold and Health-Safety Rated certification in 2020. The lighting control system with motion and occupancy sensors installed by our company contributes significantly to the energy savings.
Parkview is an innovative and energy efficient building. A lighting control system with motion and occupancy sensors help reduce energy consumption. Water conservation is also worth mentioning - up to 30% savings compared to other office buildings thanks to a system of taps and rainwater harvesting. On the top 9th floor, the building has a tenant-accessible terrace with views of Prague.
For DALI control, DALI routers 910 and 905 were used in this installation. For the switching of the non dimmable luminaires, single channel DALI relay units were used as well as 8 channel relay units. For the control of blinds and roller shutters in the DIGIDIM and Imagine systems, blind controllers were used. Up to 600 multisensors operate reliably throughout the building, significantly reducing energy consumption. The EnOcean Gateway enables wireless connection of EnOcean pushbuttons to the Helvar system. The installation also includes a WEB Server.
