The reconstruction of the lighting of the 4-storey building including the branch and offices of Komerční banka in Zlín took place at the turn of 2016-2017. As part of the reconstruction, a complete lighting control system for about 800 luminaires with Helvar routers and a web server was installed.
By combining the installation of multisensors in the offices, the banking hall and motion sensors in the corridors, a total electricity saving of 45 % in lighting was achieved. This is a saving that has been monitored by the bank over a long period of time thanks to our web-based energy monitoring server. This installation has served the Commercial Bank as a "live" study of the feasibility, payback and applicability of the lighting control system for other branch implementations.
