Clam-Gallas Palace is a baroque monument in the centre of the metropolis, the only one of its kind open to the public. Its owner, the City of Prague, commissioned an extensive renovation in 2018, which was completed after four years. In the same year, the building was awarded the title of Building of the Year 2022.
Extensive repairs to this important building included a complete reconstruction of the technical equipment and wiring, as well as restoration work in the interiors. The three gardens of the palace were also affected. The city's aim was to set up an exhibition of the Museum of the City of Prague focusing on the Baroque period and on 18th-century composers. In addition to the exhibitions, there is also a restaurant and a café, and the larger spaces are used by the city for social and cultural events. According to experts, it is one of the best preserved aristocratic city palaces in the world.
As part of the reconstruction, an emergency lighting system was installed by our company. The system includes a CBS (central battery system) for 10 circuits and 16 inputs including a WEB server and 4 sub-stations for 10 circuits.
