The LEED Gold certificate for environmentally friendly and sustainable buildings was rightfully awarded to building A1 in the CITY WEST office complex. Our company supplied the RUBIC emergency lighting monitoring system.
City WEST is a project of a vibrant urban district in Prague's Stodůlky district, where the developer, Finep, has tried to find the ideal
balance between facilities for work, living and leisure. This building complex, which provides facilities for Vodafone, Siemens, Huyndai, KB, Nixdorf, CGI and many others, is one of the most sought-after office areas in Prague. Building A1, which was sold to Komerční banka, is the seventh and final building of the first phase of the City West office complex. The project continues with the next stage, namely the new construction of building F2.
- The delivery of RUBIC emergency lighting monitoring system included 1 main control panel, 4 sub-stations and 780 Awex addressable luminaires.
